About the opportunity DialMyCalls is looking for full-time account managers to join our team. Ideally we're looking for people who have inside sales experience to work with our existing user base. We have customers all over the US and Canada and our account management team is there to help them with any concerns or issues they may have. Minimum Qualifications * Strong Computer / PC Experience * Good Communication Skills * Ability To Multi-Task & Handle Customers Via Phone / E-Mail / Web-Based Chat * Ability To Type At Least 50 WPM Nice To Haves * Telephony Experience * Experience with inside sales, specifically for a technology based product or service. * Experience with selling to a specific vertical such as education, religious organizations, municipalities, and non-profits.
