Your Role: As a Roofing Salesperson , you'll be the face of our company, building relationships, assessing customer needs, and closing deals. From meeting prospective clients to ensuring smooth project execution, your role will be pivotal in growing our customer base. What You 'll Do: * Prospect new clients through various channels (door-to-door, cold calling, networking, etc.). * Conduct roofing inspections and provide tailored solutions for each customer. * Deliver accurate estimates and compelling sales proposals. * Close deals and build lasting client relationships. * Manage leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. * Collaborate with our operations team to ensure projects run smoothly. * Stay informed about industry trends, roofing products, and techniques. What You Bring: * Sales experience in roofing, construction, or related fields (preferred but not required - we'll train the right person!). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * A self-starter mindset with a passion for hitting (and exceeding) goals. * Ability to work independently and thrive in a team setting. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Basic knowledge of roofing products and services (we'll fill in any gaps!).
