Position Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities * Engage with Customers: Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, assess their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process. * Vehicle Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features, specs, and benefits of all vehicles in our inventory. * Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with customers to create a positive buying experience. * Meet Sales Goals: Work to achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. * Process Transactions: Assist customers with financing options, documentation, and trade-ins. * Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. * Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. --- What We 're Looking For * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Sales experience (automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required). * A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping customers. * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. * Self-motivation with a desire to succeed. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. --- What We Offer * Base salary, plus gross and volume bonuses.
