Your Next Great Adventure The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing inventory price predictions, tracking sales, updating management reports, and overseeing community start up tasks. The position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. How You 'll Make a Difference * Serve as the first point of contact for all online homebuyer inquiries, creating meaningful connections through phone, email, chat, and web leads. * Qualify prospects, build rapport, and schedule appointments with on-site sales teams to keep the momentum moving. * Maintain and track lead activity in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication. * Collaborate with Marketing to keep online listings accurate and assist with digital campaigns as needed. * Act as a passionate Chesmar ambassador, sharing our values and making every interaction feel like home. Success Is Built On * Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in the home building or real estate industry. * Knowledge of sales contracts and purchase agreements * Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. * Office environment with occasional travel to sales sites and events. * May require working evenings and weekends to meet deadlines and attend events.
