Job Description: Online Sales Lead Worldwide Electric Services seeks a full-time Online Sales Lead to oversee our company's online marketplace presence. This person will oversee all aspects of our online sales operations across multiple platforms, including eBay and Amazon while exploring and utilizing additional online marketplaces. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and e-commerce expertise. Responsibilities * Establish and track weekly and monthly performance goals for the online sales department. * Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize pricing. * Monitor and maintain inventory levels for all products listed online. * Timely handle all online customer communications, including inquiries, reviews, offers, and issue resolution. * Manage shipment tracking and ensure timely delivery of products. * Maintain top seller ratings and optimize store performance metrics across all platforms. * Ensure compliance with platform policies to avoid penalties or account suspension. * Coordinate effectively between online sales and shipping departments. * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Required Skills * Previous experience in e-commerce sales management, particularly with eBay and Amazon platforms. * Strong understanding of online marketplace processes, policies, and best practices. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly. * Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
