Job description Apartment Complex in Parlin, NJ has an entry level office position available. The position is an essential part of our team interacting continuously with the public and the company, striving at all times to project and demonstrate the value and quality of our product and services. Responsibilities and Duties * Greets prospective residents and presents the property through information and personal tours. * Gathers information regarding the needs and requirements of a prospective resident; qualifies the prospective resident through conversation to ensure that standard criteria are met, and we are locating an apartment suitable to their needs. * Delivers superior customer service and delivers custom presentations on all apartment rental inquiries. * Daily follow-up with prospects and residents. * Completes and processes all paperwork in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines. * Responsible for handling resident's issues, needs and complaints in a professional, fair and consistent manner. Displays diplomacy during all interactions. * Other duties as described in more detail in the job description. Qualifications and Skills * Customer service and sales experience a plus * Warm personality with excellent oral and written communication skills * Positive and professional attitude at all times. * Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks assigned * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to create, maintain, and enter information into databases. * Yardi software experience a plus * Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability. * Spanish a plus Ability to follow instructions, perform duties with minimal supervision, work efficiently, and is a team player Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift Application Question(s): * What is your desired salary range? * Are you able to work weekends/evenings?
