Equipment dealership in Cedar Park, TX, seeking a high energy Equipment Sales Associate to develop long term relationships with our clients. This is a great role for someone with 0-3+ years of industry experience who enjoys connecting with people around equipment and landscaping. This role has high growth potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities * Advise customers and provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. * Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. * Receive, assemble, and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. * Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance sales. * Collaborate with team members to create an inviting shopping environment. * Utilize retail math skills to manage sales and inventory effectively. Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, with a sense of ownership and problem solving mentality. Excellent phone and in-person etiquette. Competent at pursuing and closing sales. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficient with cloud based apps and Microsoft. Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions. Well kept appearance. Competent to assemble equipment with training. Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand on your feet for long periods. Preferences: Excited about Outdoor Power Equipment (mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, etc.) Prior experience in sales and landscaping. Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity.
