Crown Staffing is seeking a driven and technically skilled Outside Sales Representative for a confidential client. This individual will drive sales within Owenton, Kentucky, with potential for expansion beyond this territory. This position offers remote work flexibility, with access to an office at the Owenton, KY location as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, sales experience, and a desire to grow within the thermoplastics industry. Candidates can live in a 100 mile radius of Owenton, KY (location of US office) as daily office time is not required. You will have access to the Owenton office but office time is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain sales relationships within the assigned territory. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the thermoplastics market. * Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients. * Adapt to evolving market trends and company strategies. Qualifications & Skills: * Thermoplastics experience required; prior sales experience is a plus but not required --we're looking for someone who understands the product and is eager to grow in an outside sales role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy. * Flexibility to adapt and grow within a dynamic company environment.
