Key Responsibilities: * Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide customized solutions. * Conduct sales presentations and deliver proposals to prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals effectively. * Collaborate with the internal recruiting team to ensure the successful placement of candidates. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the staffing market. * Represent All Team Staffing at networking events, trade shows, and community activities. Qualifications: * Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. * Excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
