More than anything, the biggest difference with BTI Solutions is the one that matters most: bottom-line results. * 95% client satisfaction rate - measures client satisfaction vs. expectations. * Our clients have worked with us for over 10 years, on average. * BTI Solutions counts 4 Global Telecommunication companies as clients. * Client referrals are BTI Solutions' largest source of new clients. * Google Review 4.4, Facebook Review 4.8 Business(&Sales) Support General Description: N/A Essential Responsibilities: * Support Sales and Business Development teams with daily administrative and operational tasks. * Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and operational reports using Excel and PowerPoint. * Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, presentations, and reports. * Manage and update CRM systems and sales-related databases. * Conduct P&L simulations using Excel and the Cello system to support financial decision-making. * Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Pricing, Legal, Operations, and finance teams. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and partnership opportunities. * Help track sales pipeline progress and follow up on leads and partner engagements. * Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and business development activities. * Contribute to improving internal processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. Must Have the Following Competencies: N/A Supervisory Requirements: N/A Requirements: * Entry level or less than 3 years of sales support or business development support experience * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply chain management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field. * Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. * Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to expand knowledge of logistics industry
