Overview of the Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: * Initiate with customers by working alongside our customer service and sales team members to expand the customer base and generate company revenue * Engage with customers face to face and offer tailored services that exceed their expectations of provided by our client * Provide support to each customer answer any inquiries, troubleshooting services, and ensuring each delivery is met on time to complete the customers experience * Process all sales orders for customers on service they are interested in * Obtain a comprehensive and extensive knowledge of products and promotions by attending weekly team meetings * Ensure all operations are under company compliance guidelines * Acquire new and existing customers information in a professional manner that builds customer trust and loyalty * Work closely with other team members and departments to drive sales and consumer acquisitions while maintaining superior customer service Customer Service Representative Requirements: * Experience in a customer service, customer support or similar role is preferred * Ability to handle customer information and data in a responsible manner * Active listening to be the primary point of contact for each customer and provide essential customer support * Proven ability to problem-solve on the spot, multitask to manage multiple accounts * Practical communication skills when working with customers in an immediate setting * Attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week Shift: * Day shift Work Location: On the road
