Senior Account Manager Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days In-Office) Company Overview NorthWing Digital is a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency dedicated to helping others succeed. As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled and service-minded Senior Digital Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you'll lead client strategy, mentor junior team members, and help drive results across our accounts. (Get "Stuff" Done) * Better Together * Trust Through Transparency Position Overview As a Senior Account Manager, you'll serve as the strategic lead on a portfolio of client accounts while also mentoring a small group of Digital Account Managers. You'll bring leadership through LMA--Lead , Manage , and hold Accountable --to ensure client expectations are exceeded, internal teams are aligned, and opportunities for growth are identified. This role is perfect for someone with strong digital marketing experience who's ready to step into a more strategic and leadership-oriented position while still staying close to the work. You'll report to the Director of Client Services and be a vital part of our mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership: * Own and manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts * Lead client strategy sessions and quarterly business reviews * Translate digital performance into clear, actionable insights for clients * Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and performance * Proactively solve client issues and escalate challenges when needed Team Mentorship & LMA: * Serve as a day-to-day mentor and support resource for 2-3 Digital Account Managers * Help team members prioritize work, solve client challenges, and improve account performance * Lead by example in client communication, strategy development, and time management * Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing support of new Account Managers * Provide input on performance, growth opportunities, and department processes Collaboration & Execution: * Work closely with SEO, Paid Media, and Web teams to align strategy and execution * Ensure timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are consistently met across accounts * Help identify upsell opportunities and support proposal development * Contribute to team-wide process improvement efforts and internal documentation Qualifications Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience: * 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or related client-facing role * Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, analytics, and campaign performance metrics * Experience managing client accounts and collaborating across teams * Previous mentorship or people-leadership experience preferred Skills & Attributes: * Confident, clear communicator--both written and verbal * Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail * Strategic thinker who's comfortable owning client outcomes * Mentorship mindset with a desire to lead and support others * Values-driven and committed to NorthWing Digital's core values Work Environment This is a hybrid position based in the Twin Cities metro area. The Senior Account Manager is expected to work on-site 3 days per week , collaborating with internal teams and supporting team members in person while maintaining flexibility to work remotely on other days.
