Job Overview The company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative at their Sanford facility. Ideal candidates would have the majority of the following qualifications and experience: * Previous experience in customer service or sales position with 1-2 years of experience * Well Spoken and Articulate with the ability to speak to customers in professional manner and diffuse difficult situations. * Work Gracefully under pressure * Experience with Scheduling deliveries and answering questions in regards to billing/invoicing. * Must be computer literate and know common software packages (Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel) * Work Gracefully under pressure * Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion * Must have a stable work history * Able to pass a background check and drug screen .
