We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter with experience in retail merchandising and inventory control to join our MotorClothes team and be an integral part of delivering great customer experiences. Serving the customer is always the top priority regardless of workload. Must have the ability to stand and walk the sales floor for most of the day. Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25-30 lb. of merchandise. Punctual, regular and reliable attendance is essential for successful job performance. Duties: * Demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone. * Conduct customer transactions/interactions in a professional manner. * Help maintain a neat and clean environment. * Assist with the receiving, tagging, and stocking of merchandise. * Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Ability to engage anyone and build kickass customer relationships * Must be able to problem solve Must have a passion for the Harley-Davidson lifestyle and brand. Being a rider is a plus, but not required. Bi-lingual a plus High school diploma or GED is required.
