Duties * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Assist customers with renewals, quote requests, claims and policy service. * Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes. * Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients. * Handle complaints or escalations professionally and efficiently. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques. Qualifications * Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients. * Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various software applications. * Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
