Handling customer email, phone and internet leads --- especially following through on commitments made to customers. * Presenting new and used vehicles to prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features. * Consistently Meets or Exceeds Sales Objectives. * Professionally and promptly greet all clientele, offer assistance and/or direction. * Attending sales meetings and training sessions as required. Coordinating work with team members and management. * Offer outstanding customer service to all of our clients * Participate and attend all training provided by management and complete all Factory training in a timely manner. * Learn company products and understand customers' needs and wants. Be able to demonstrate knowledge to customers and management. Maintaining manufacturer customer satisfaction and training requirements. Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer. * Ensures that a member of the sales management team has the opportunity to meet each Client. * Following all company policies and procedures. Demonstrating behaviors consistent with Culver City Mazda/Volvo values in all interactions with customers, employees and vendors. JOB REQUIREMENTS: While no experience is necessary, an ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
