Description: Responsibilities include organizing planning and lease negotiations leading to the execution of BHE real estate transactions and BHEs internal related party leases, as well as acquisitions/dispositions and development projects. Estimated pay range for this position is $25.74 - $33.46 / hour depending on experience. Qualifications: Degrees: * Bachelors. Licenses & Certifications: * Real Estate License. Additional Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate property management, construction project management, and/or a strong background in leasing and lease administration or 3 years of experience in a related field. * Must possess the ability to work effectively with internal and external clients. * Excellent oral and written communication skills required. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at one time.
