We are seeking an energeticSales - Customer Service Representative to join the Natural Waterscapes team. This role requires strong sales skills to assist clients in selecting the best solutions for their water bodies. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service with a passion for learning about water. Prior experience in phone/internet sales and a strong interest in the outdoors is a plus. Competitive Pay Structure Hourly PLUS Commission Our top performers earn over $25,000 annually in commissions! Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships , ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. * Document and update customer records in CRM based on interactions * Process and contact incoming leads providing technical data and support * Provide technical sales support by recommending appropriate products and services. * Identify new business opportunities and work proactively to expand our customer base. * Respond to customer inquiries, provide troubleshooting guidance , and offer technical expertise on products and solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Track performance metrics, and meet/exceed sales targets. Qualifications: * Prior experience in customer service and sales * Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. * Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients find solutions to their lake and pond management needs. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to build rapport with clients and team members * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, or similar CRM * Assertive, sales-focused personality * Experience marketing and selling via social media * Technical experience in logistics, marketing, Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, and/or other modern media About Natural Waterscapes: Natural Waterscapes is a leading supplier for large pond and lake management products in the United States with locations in S.
