Sales Representative - Houston, Texas and Surrounding Areas Company: Profi Lube Location: Houston, Texas, and surrounding areas Compensation: Hourly rate plus commission Profi Lube is a leading provider of automotive lubricants, including engine oil, car care products, antifreeze, and more. As we expand our reach, we are seeking motivated Sales Representatives in Houston, Texas, and surrounding areas to promote our products to auto service centers. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including an hourly rate and commission structure based on professional experience. The more experience you bring, the more you can earn. Role Overview: Sales Representatives will work directly in the field, visiting auto service centers and potential sales points throughout Houston and nearby regions. This role requires a personal vehicle for daily travel. While regular office presence is not required, attendance is necessary for planned events. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals eager to maximize earnings through commission on top of an hourly rate. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage potential sales points from a provided list. * Visit and build relationships with potential customers in Houston and surrounding areas, discussing our product types, quality, and quantities. * Advise customers on the use, care, and benefits of our products, and recommend specialized products or services as needed. * Estimate and quote prices, establishing delivery schedules in line with company policies. * Maintain sales records for accurate inventory control. * Report sales progress to designated company personnel. * Participate in team meetings and complete tasks as assigned. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. * Proven sales ability, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative preferred. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; additional language skills are an asset.
