As a Sales Associate, you will: * Partnering with all store team members to become our customers' favorite furniture brand * Developing strong and lasting relationships with our customers * Assisting customers in furnishing homes by confidently advising them through their journey * Providing a positive service and selling experience which includes connecting, advising and caring for the customer through a beginning to end process. * Helping to ensure the store environment looks great by maintaining our brand standards, which includes cleaning, straightening and maintaining merchandise and assisting with floor sets when needed * Staying up to date on product knowledge by participating in training opportunities * Presenting yourself in a way that represents the brand positively * Assisting in fostering an energetic and positive work environment * Demonstrate a passion for the business. You bring curiosity and innovation to the job.
