Full description of the position

Job description We are a Natural Stone Company in Miami, looking for an accounts payable team member who will be responsible for processing bills and bill payments and will also assist our sales team in enhancing customer communication. Job Responsibilities * Managing accounts payable. * Maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors. * Entering bills in accounting software and sending payments. * Team Member. * Filing. * Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual. Sales Support * Collaborate with the sales representative to respond to customer inquiries promptly and * professionally via email. * Assist in programming and coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. * Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively. Skills / Experience * Bilingual Preferred (English and Spanish) * Accounts payable experience (Preferred) * Microsoft Excel * QuickBooks. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
