About the Role As a Sales Manager, you'll master direct sales techniques in an exciting, high-energy atmosphere. You will build and lead a sales team, and earn overrides on their success. We only promote from within based on performance, giving you a clear path for advancement to management What We 're Looking For * Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. * High energy, competitive nature, and integrity. * Excellent verbal communication skills and dedication to customer service. * Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Experience in B2C sales (D2D preferred) * Experience in sales management and leadership Compensation and Benefits * Earning Potential: $144k+ in your first year, with no earnings cap. * Base Salary: Up to $6,500 per month * Commission: 15% commission rate per sale ($800-$1500+) * Overrides: 2.5% override per sale on team members ($100-$250) * Bonuses: Generous performance bonuses and additional incentives.
