Account Manager Trainee Key Responsibilities: * Engage directly with existing and new consumers to educate and promote the wide array of products and services we offer * Establish and maintain client relationships by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term engagement with follow-ups * Support the company's growth ambitions by playing a vital role in driving sales and developing new business relationships * Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational goals and craft tailored marketing and sales strategies that align with their brand vision and market positioning * Work with the Account Manager Trainee team to remain ahead of industry innovations, emerging trends, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge marketing and sales strategies * Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring new Account Manager Trainee team members, ensuring a diverse & well-balanced team Account Manager Trainee Qualifications: * 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, business development, or client relationship management * A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred * Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client before and after the sale * Ability to think strategically and have great problem-solving talents * Student mentality in order to receive our outstanding training and maintain the knowledge and extend it to others * Demonstrated ambition with a high-performance sales track record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
