As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences. - Showcase vehicle features and benefits to customers through test drives and product demonstrations. - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements. - Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions. - Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's driving experience. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. - Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and post- sale follow-up. - Utilize effective sales techniques to build and maintain customer relationships. Requirements: - Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role. - Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus. - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally. - Organizational skills with attention to detail. - Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous. - Proficiency in basic math for pricing and financial calculations.
