Responsibilities * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Handle Transactions properly. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features. * Supervise and train new representatives on sales techniques and customer service standards. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall experience. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers. * Experience in sales, preferably in a residential environment but not required. * Ability to perform proper quotes effectively while engage customers. * Strong supervisory skills to guide and motivate team members.
