Customer Service Representative Join our fantastic team! Baron's Major Brands is New Hampshire's largest independent appliance retailer, and we are growing rapidly! Basic Function: Represent the Service Department for all incoming customer calls. * Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service. * Triage inbound service requests based on value, warranty, geography, and product age, and drive new sales business when repairs are not recommended. * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries. * Communicate with customers through various channels. * Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and issues. * Know our services inside and out so that you can answer questions. * Process service orders, forms, and requests. * Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. * Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary. * Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. * Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Skills and experience: * Winning attitude, and desire to help customers * Google suite, including Gmail, Google drive, shared docs, and shared calendars * Ability work well with others or on your own * Customer service based soft skills * Ability to multitask effectively Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekday shifts * Saturday rotation (4 hour shift) Ability to commute/relocate: * Bedford, NH 03110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Work Location: * Bedford, NH, primarily on-site, with limited remote office work available after 60 day waiting period and on a performance basis.
