We specialize in reliable hauling services to support projects of all sizes. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. Position Summary: The Accounts Receivable Manager plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of tickets, billing, and compliance documentation. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external clients, supporting financial operations and DOT compliance efforts. Key Responsibilities: * Ticket and Charge Organization: Accurately organize and process tickets, material charge, and disposal charges in alignment with each customer's specific preference and billing requirements. * Customer- Focused Invoicing: Ensure that all invoices are delivered in a manner preferred by each customer. Follow up confirming receipt and promptly make any necessary correction to support transparency and trust. * Collections Management: Monitor accounts to confirm timely collection of all outstanding payments.
