Responsibilities: * Assist walk-in customers at the front counter with parts sales and product support. * Cross-reference parts to ensure customers receive the correct items. * Track and manage inventory accurately. * Pick and prepare customer orders efficiently. * Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, helpful service. * Deliver parts to customers as needed. * Support various tasks and projects that come up in day-to-day operations. What We 're Looking For: * A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills. * Prior experience in parts sales or heavy-duty truck/trailer parts is a plus (but not required -- we're willing to train the right person). * Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company. * Team player with a strong work ethic.
