STARLUX Airlines invites applications from qualified professionals for the Passenger Inside/Outside Sales position, which will be based in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities 1. Passenger Sales * Assist with the timely planning and implementing of sales strategies and programs; liaise with Taiwan Headquarters' revenue management team and other relevant departments to launch activities and events per sales plan; * Acquire sales leads to promote awareness of STARLUX products; plan sales calls and submit sales call plans and reports; * Maintain relationships with existing agents and visit potential agents to prospect for new business; * Represent Company at product seminars to local agents; manage corporate accounts and key customers; * Develop network of contacts with the travel industry, corporations, local hotels, government officials, clubs, and schools; research, gather and report the latest developments in the airline industry; * Handle payment and expense reimbursement arrangements for joint campaigns with trade partners; * Support digital marketing/online sales duties as necessary; and * Have a car and a valid driver's license: is able to travel and meet with potential leads and clients throughout the work day. 2. Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate manager.
