Compensation & Perks * Uncapped performance pay on completed projects. * If we can't help you earn a six figure income, then something's not working and we'll fix it together. * Annual company trip for top performers * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Clear pathways to career advancement and leadership * Be part of a culture-driven company that celebrates growth and ownership What You 'll Be Doing * Perform roof and exterior inspections for storm or age-related damage * Educate homeowners on the repair process -- insurance or retail * Generate leads through marketing, referrals, and self-promotion * Guide customers through insurance restoration or retail estimates * Take documentation photos, and prepare project details * Represent Division 1 Roofing with professionalism and confidence What You 'll Need * Strong communication and people skills * Willingness to knock doors, self-generate leads, and run company leads * Ability to climb a ladder and perform roof inspections * Reliable transportation * A smartphone for inspections and CRM access * Self-motivation, time management , and a hunger to grow - both personally and professionally * Sales experience is a plus, but not required This is More Than Just a Job -- It's a Launchpad.
