Why Join Pratt Industries? * Work with a leader in sustainable packaging solutions * Competitive compensation structure with commission potential * Collaborate with a talented team across manufacturing, customer service, and quality * Unlimited growth potential in one of the fastest-growing packaging companies What You'll Be Doing Growth & Business Development * Identify and qualify new prospects to expand your customer base * Conduct sales calls and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business * Meet and exceed sales quotas in your designated territory * Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and market share Account Management & Customer Success * Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts * Create pricing proposals and present value-driven solutions * Work closely with plant management and fellow sales associates to ensure seamless service * Stay ahead of competitive activity and market trends in your area * Manage working capital and cash flow to optimize business performance What You Bring to the Table Experience in outside sales or related field (or a college degree in business, sales, packaging, or graphics) A valid driver's license and clean driving record (this role involves travel within the territory) Ability to load and unload product samples for client presentations Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Preferred: Experience in the corrugated packaging industry (internships & co-ops count!)
