Bilingual Sales Representative Los Angeles, CA Hyundai of Downtown Los Angeles is looking for an Automotive Sales Representee that is fluent in both English and Korean. If you have a great communication skill and a strong desire to be in the car industry, don't pass up this opportunity! We have a small growing team of committed and talented individuals who strive to take care of each other as well as our customers. Pay range from: $16.78 - $20.50 Hourly plus monthly bonus. Responsibilities include: * Following up with customers and prospecting for new business. * Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads. * Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner. * Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer service. Qualifications: * Be an effective communicator both written and verbal * Have computer experience and good organizational skills * BDC/Online sales experience is recommended * Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention * Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business * Sales experience highly preferred * Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly individual goals * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service and negotiation skills. * A passion for sales and customer satisfaction. * Bilingual in both English & Spanish Job Type: * Full-time employee Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends Supplemental Pay: * Strong Bonus Plan based on individual performance!
