What You 'll Do: * Learn the window film industry through hands-on training * Shadow our current sales consultant to gain real-world experience * Consult with residential and commercial clients to provide tailored window film solutions * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers * Develop strong product knowledge to confidently sell our services * Transition into an independent sales role after training Compensation & Growth: * Training Period (3-6 months): Base salary + small commission on assisted sales * Post-Training: Commission-based pay at 10% per job sold Qualifications: Experience: 1+ years in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred industries: automotive or construction) Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Track Record: Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Industry Knowledge: Understanding of automotive or flat glass window tinting (preferred but not required) Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel Benefits: Competitive salary + commission incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement savings plan + matching Paid time off and holiday benefits Ongoing training and professional development Join us at Green Valley Window Tint and become part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional window tinting solutions.
