Overview: We are a local Allstate Insurance agency seeking a qualified insurance professional to join our team. We are seeking an individual interested in helping us grow our business through current customer retention and new business sales. Our office environment is fun, safe, clean, and productive. Requirements: * Must have a Florida P&C Insurance license (or be willing to get licensed at your expense) * Ability to multitask * Successful track record (previous employment) * Strong communication skills * Strong computer skills * Must be able to pass a background check Responsibilities: * Servicing Customers accounts * Policy reviews * Build strong lasting relationships with current customers * Coverage Protection Reviews * Cross Selling * New business sales * Office hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday with a 1 hour lunch break daily Benefits: * Salary plus monthly bonus * Paid time off for vacation and sick days * Awards, gifts, trips as monthly goals are met If interested in this position please reply to this ad with your resume and cover letter.
