Full description of the position

Our company is HOODZ and our office is located near I-40 & Meridian in Oklahoma City. We have 7 crews that clean restaurant vent hood system all over Oklahoma. We have been in business for 30 years and have over 1,000 loyal customers that we clean monthly or every quarter. Each crew cleans 2-3 restaurants each day totaling approximately 70 cleans each week. In Oklahoma, we are the most established and trustworthy company in our field and we are part of a nations largest franchise exhaust cleaning company. We are hiring an account manager whose primary daily responsibility will be to contact (call/text/email) our existing customers, schedule them for our repeat service, coordinate logistics (arrival times, keys/alarm codes, update customer information), and dispatch our crews (print work orders, estimate drive times, confirm misc details). HOODZ uses a Gmail based email system, Google Calendar to log communications, and our proprietary software for work orders and invoicing. Once the account manager is fully trained, the job is fairly consistent/routine and we have well establish standard processes so mastery and ability to work independently comes relatively quickly. The selected candidate should: 1. want long term employment with a stable company 2. be comfortable contacting 20-25 customers each day via phone, text, email 3. be a "people person" that enjoys developing/maintaining ongoing pleasant and professional relationships with our customers mostly via phone/text/email 4. enjoy working independently and effectively with minimal daily supervision 5. value honesty and kindness 6. be effective/efficient in communications both verbally and in writing 7. be a detailed oriented person 8. get personal satisfaction in setting our crew members and customers up their success each day 9. be able to type proficiently 10. be computer literate Our office environment is pleasant, relaxed, productive, and friendly. We share our office space with our sister company DRIPLOC. During the day shift, we normally have around 15-20 combined staff members so it is relatively small office environment. Each team member has their own office and works independently to achieve their daily and weekly tasks. We prefer someone with scheduling, dispatching, account management, and/or customer service experience. We are looking for a candidate that has been employed for longer than 1 year at a prior employer. This is a full-time position with starting pay ranging from $700-$900/wk depending on experience. We also provide weekly performance bonuses for achieving highlighted goals. We offer full benefits (paid time off, health insurance, 401k, etc).
