$24+ an hour plus commission and bonus Duties - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs - Present and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Customize insurance programs to suit clients' specific needs and budget - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives - Utilize various sales techniques such as telemarketing, outside sales, and retail sales to reach potential customers - Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts with clients Qualifications - Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred - Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations - Proficient in sales administration and CRM software - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
