Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our properties and assisting potential residents in finding their perfect home. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and will guide them through the leasing process with professionalism and care. Duties * Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and community amenities. * Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants. * Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups using leasing software. * Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential residents. * Collaborate with the property management team to maintain inventory management of available units. * Utilize sales pipeline techniques to convert leads into signed leases effectively. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Participate in community outreach efforts to promote the property and engage with potential tenants. * Conduct market research to stay informed about local rental trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or real estate environments. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus. * Experience in outside sales or outbound sales is beneficial for driving leads. * Proficient in using leasing software and other relevant technology tools. * Understanding of retail math concepts for effective pricing strategies and lease agreements. * Excellent phone etiquette and public speaking skills to engage effectively with prospects. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
