MDU Account Manager The MDU Account Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with MDU property managers and leasing office teams to increase adoption and usage of Ezee Fiber's services. This role focuses on engaging stakeholders, executing penetration strategies, and ensuring that residents experience the full benefits of our fiber internet solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with MDU property managers and leasing office teams to increase service adoption and property penetration. * Partner with stakeholders to educate them on Ezee Fiber's offerings and the benefits of high-speed, reliable internet for their communities. * Implement and execute strategic engagement plans to drive market penetration in assigned territories. * Conduct regular property visits to assess resident engagement, provide training and resources, and support the property team in communicating service benefits. * Collaborate with internal teams to identify market trends and ensure alignment with business growth strategies. * Organize and participate in on-site events to promote Ezee Fiber services and encourage resident engagement. * Track and report on penetration performance and market insights to guide continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications: * MDU experience preferred * Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Experience in the telecommunications, property management, or related industry is preferred. * Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration. * Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Willingness to conduct regular property visits and attend on-site promotional events. * Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus.
