Duties * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments. * Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and property showings. * Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. * Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property listings using administrative tools. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors. * Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively.
