Role Description CANDIDATES WITHOUT HOME HEALTH SALES EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY!!! This is a full-time outside sales role as an Experienced Home Health Sales Account Manager for an established licensed and certified Medicare agency located in the heart of Houston, TX. The Account Manager will be responsible for performing sales activities, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promote the company's services. Qualifications * Prior experience in home health sales or a related field is required. * Must possess a strong working knowledge of home health guidelines. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Outstanding follow up skills are a key to success in this integral role. * Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or Business is preferred. * Bilingual is a bonus. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
