As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as part-time Sales Associates. Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner. * Listen to customers' needs and recommend the appropriate clothing or accessories to meet their preferences and style. * Maintain a neat and organized store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers. * Assist in visual merchandising and replenishing inventory as needed. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly. * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends to effectively engage with customers and provide product information. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives. * Participate in regular store meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Requirements: * Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Passionate about fashion and up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry. * Energetic, proactive, and motivated to provide excellent customer experiences. * Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with using a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus. * Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
