Job Title: Retail Associate - Consignment Boutique Job Summary: We're looking for a friendly, fashion-forward, and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our consignment boutique team. In this role, you'll assist customers with purchases, intake consignment items, maintain store organization, and help create an inviting shopping experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainable fashion, has an eye for style, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service and product recommendations. * Tag, organize, and merchandise new inventory on the sales floor. * Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays. * Help with inventory tracking and restocking as needed. * Educate customers and consignors about store policies, promotions, and consignment terms. * Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and popular brands to better assist shoppers. Qualifications: * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * A good sense of style and knowledge of fashion labels, especially within the resale or consignment space. * Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as needed. Work Environment: * Boutique setting with frequent customer interaction. * May involve standing for long periods and occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
