THERE IS A TON OF WORK TO BE DONE! What you'll be doing: * Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership What you'll bring: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * The ability to meet new people with confidence. In addition to closing leads provided, you will knock doors in in this position. * Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction * No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided * Prior customer service experience is encouraged * Must have a valid Driver's License, smartphone and reliable vehicle We have found there are industries that transfer well so if you are looking to graduate from car sales, solar sales, phone sales, alarm systems, real estate, property management, or other related industries, we are interested.
