Vital Wireless is an Authorized Retailer for AT&T. Total Compensation includes Commission from Sales. We are looking for a result-driven Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue in our retail stores. We have competitive compensation with a base plus commission with no cap. We are a dynamic, equal-opportunity employer. Responsibilities * Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features * Welcome customers to the store and find a solution for them * Explain products and services to customers * Remain knowledgeable on products and promotions offered and discuss available options * Cross sell products * Comply with inventory control procedures * Exceed sales goals Qualifications * Bilingual required * Background in retail sales is recommended, but not required * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Ability to build rapport with customers * Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Clear communication skills * Must have reliable transportation to the location * High school diploma/GED * Must pass background check Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Application Question(s): * What is your current zip code?
