As an Account Manager Trainee, you will receive extensive hands-on training to master our direct marketing and sales strategies. Responsibilities of an Account Manager Trainee: * Build brand awareness and drive sales revenue through various face-to-face local marketing and outreach efforts to promote services and further educate consumers on our clients * Manage campaign development and setup between channel leaders and the Sales Account Manager Trainee team * Support the marketing and sales department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing campaigns * Track and analyze sales data to identify new opportunities and optimize customer outreach * Collaborate with the Account Manager Trainee team on new sales techniques and establish sales targets on a weekly and quarterly basis * Maintain attention to detail with new consumer accounts and acquisitions Skills & Experience Needed to Succeed as an Account Manager Trainee: * Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach * Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment * A competitive spirit and the drive to meet and exceed sales goals * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn Qualifications for an Account Manager Trainee: * High school diploma or equivalent * Reliable transportation to the office * Ability to communicate effectively within a team & with customers * Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
