What You 'll Do * Lead all aspects of Sales & Conference Services, including Marketing, Catering, and Revenue Strategy * Design and execute a data-driven sales and marketing plan that maximizes every revenue stream * Take direct ownership of key accounts and market segments to drive new business * Represent the hotel in the community and industry to grow brand awareness and build relationships * Manage a high-performing team--recruiting, developing, and motivating sales talent * Report directly to the General Manager and collaborate across departments to align strategies What You Bring Experience & Education: * Minimum 5 years leading a hotel sales team, with measurable success in group, corporate, and social business * Preferred: Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field * Experience with Marriott systems and standards preferred * Background in selling full-service hotels (250+ keys and 15,000+ sq ft of event space highly desired) Leadership & Business Acumen: * Proven ability to lead teams through change and motivate individuals toward shared goals * Strong understanding of the Atlanta market and the ability to cultivate local partnerships * Expertise in revenue management, pricing, positioning, and strategic sales planning * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and refine strategies Marketing & Tech Savvy: * Experience managing digital and social media campaigns that drive ROI * Knowledge of sales and CRM systems, with the ability to analyze and act on performance data * Creative mindset for crafting compelling marketing and advertising strategies What We Offer * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) with 4% Company Match * Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay * Short & Long-Term Disability + Life Insurance * A supportive, inclusive culture that celebrates your individuality Ready to Lead the Way?
