Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling membership packages to potential customers while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs will be key in driving membership growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Engage with potential members to explain the benefits of our services and membership options. * Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting key features and offerings. * Assist customers in completing membership applications and processing payments. * Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring a welcoming environment for prospective members. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to develop promotional strategies that attract new members. * Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and encourage referrals. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our memberships. Requirements * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Detail-oriented approach with a focus on providing high-quality service. * Familiarity with buffing, car wash, custodial duties, window tinting, or related services is a plus. * Ability to drive and operate vehicles as necessary for promotional activities or events. * A proactive attitude towards learning about our products and services to better assist customers. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
