Requirements ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: ? Manage all aspects of daily store operations (Cleanliness, Inventory, Customer Relations) ? Prepare staffing schedules ? Successfully maintain product inventory ? Other tasks and duties as assigned by management JOB REQUIREMENTS: ? Prior experience in retail or a customer-facing hospitality environment required ? 1-2 years retail sales experience preferred ? Excellent interpersonal and customer service/communication skills ? Self-motivated to succeed in fast paced retail environment ? Team-player willing to work collaboratively with other departments ? Excellent leadership qualities and conflict management skills ?
