About the job The Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the effectiveness and efficiency of our Field Sales Organization by managing key programs, communications, systems, and administrative processes. This role involves executing essential operational tasks that significantly affect our field teams, including Territory Business Managers, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen attention to detail, and enjoys wearing many hats. This role will coordinate activities related to people operations, territory alignment, field incentives, inventory control, and fleet services. This position also plays a key administrative role in the ongoing management of our Field Sales Operations systems and workflows. Essential Functions * Coordinate and track New Hire onboarding, Terminations, and People Moves within the Field Sales Organization * Maintain and update Fleet program rosters, documentation, and vehicle assignments for TBMs. * Manage Contingency Fund processes including requests, approvals, tracking, and reporting. * Support territory alignment updates and ongoing management of Field Sales org structure. * Administer Promotion programs in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Leadership * Track and manage TBM sales kit inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and shipment. * Support promotional platforms and workflows for FSO-related requests. * Process and track E-Orders from TBMs for tools, products, and promotional materials. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, BI, Finance, and HR Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Administrative Coordination roles / Or 5+ years of relevant work experience * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a high degree of accuracy. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce and/or another CRM systems a plus * Strong organizational and project management skills * Comfortable working with data and systems, with an eye for process improvement * Initiative-taker with a problem-solving mindset and a service-oriented attitude * Able to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment. * Knowledgeable and/or open to training to act in strict accordance with the requirements of all relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies, including, among other areas, Food and Drug Administration regulations. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting a Field Sales team or national salesforce. * Familiarity with territory alignment tools, fleet management systems, or e-order platforms * Prior experience coordinating events, logistics, or product shipments. * Strong collaboration skills across functions such as Sales, Marketing, and HR * Experience working in a CPG, retail, or distribution-focused organization.
