Business Development Manager Clinchfield Consulting Group was established by industry leaders looking to redefine corporate culture and shift focus back to client service. We are a conglomerate of seasoned engineers and environmental scientists that are deeply focused on serving our freight rail clients within the eastern part of the US. We are now seeking to expand our service model within various local markets. Clinchfield is looking for senior level environmental consultants for doer/seller roles to join our team. Prospective candidates should have a proven track record as client managers, program managers and industry leaders. Key responsibilities will include business development, client and staff management, proposal generation, project estimating and financial management. Candidates have the opportunity to join an existing business line or develop a new branch in order to assist with our expansion within the eastern US markets. Current business lines include the following: * Natural Resources and Permitting * Stormwater & Drainage Infrastructure * Industrial Hygiene and Asbestos Management * Demolition and Disposal Management * Chemical Inventory Management * Emergency Action Plan Management As part of our team, candidates would be eligible for performance bonuses and be automatically enrolled into the Employee Stock Ownership Program.
